NextDo brings tasks, routines, projects, reminders, calendar events, and smart planning tools together in one focused daily planner. Add tasks the way that feels natural: type them, speak with Voice Add, use Camera Add, or ask Siri. Keep unfinished work from slipping away, plan different kinds of tasks properly, and organize bigger goals with projects.
NextDo does not require an account for core use.
Core task and project data is stored on your device using the app's current local data architecture.
This includes the daily planning information you create in NextDo, such as tasks, projects, subtasks, routines, dates, deadlines, carry-over items, and progress-related planning details.
When you use Voice Add, raw audio is processed on your device.
Raw audio is not sent to developer-operated servers.
When you use Camera Add, camera input and OCR are processed on your device.
Raw image or video input is not sent to developer-operated servers.
When you use AI-powered features, transcript text or recognized text may be sent to the NextDo backend and an AI service provider to understand your request and provide the AI-supported feature.
Text data needed for AI features may be processed by service providers only for the purpose of providing the related service.
NextDo may process purchase, entitlement, and usage metadata needed for StoreKit, premium access, AI usage, or AI credit features.
Payments are processed by Apple. The developer does not receive or store your payment card or billing details.
NextDo may request access to device features such as calendars, reminders, widgets, Siri or App Shortcuts, and Apple Watch features when you choose to use related functionality.
These permissions are used only to provide the selected app features and can be reviewed or changed in your device settings.
NextDo does not sell user data.
NextDo does not share user data for advertising or tracking purposes.
If you contact support by email, we receive the email address and information you choose to include in your message.
This information is used to respond to your request, investigate a reported problem, or provide support.
Content stored locally in NextDo remains on your device until you delete it, use an available app deletion feature, or remove the app and its local data.
You may contact support to request deletion of information you previously sent through support communications, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security, purchase, entitlement, or operational reasons.
NextDo may interact with Apple services for platform features such as StoreKit, Siri or App Shortcuts, reminders, calendar integration, widgets, and Apple Watch functionality.
AI-supported features may involve service providers that process the text needed to provide those features according to their own privacy practices and service terms.
